Terms

Last updated 2026-05-17.

These terms govern your use of Kitaworkshub — the platform available at this domain — and any courses, events, or consultancy packages you purchase through it. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to misuse the service, violate Malaysian law, or breach these terms. You can close your own account at any time from your account page.

Purchases, prices, and taxes

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% is added at checkout where applicable and shown as a separate line on your receipt. Payments are processed by iPay88; once a payment is confirmed we will email you a receipt and provision your purchase.

Courses, events, and consultancy

Course content, event schedules, and consultancy scopes are described on each item's detail page at the time of purchase. We may make small adjustments to delivery method, instructor, or schedule with reasonable notice — significant changes will be offered with the option of a refund or transfer.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is stated on each item's detail page. In the absence of an item-specific policy, our default is: a full refund up to 7 days before the start date, a 50% refund up to 48 hours before, and no refund within 48 hours. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Intellectual property

The platform, course materials, brand assets, and content we publish remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials you purchase for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our materials to train competing programmes without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break into the platform, scrape it at volume, upload malicious content, or use it to harass other users. We rate-limit endpoints and may block IPs that breach this in good-faith protection of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform or any single purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless we agree in writing to a different forum.
